What it is
The spring does two jobs at once: it suspends the sensor, and its known rate is what converts contact into a force number. Changing it changes both — the feel at your arm and the range the tracker resolves cleanly.
Soft at 18 N/mm gives the most travel and the most comfort, and reads light contact best; it saturates soonest on a hard flat drive. Tour at 34 N/mm is the opposite: less travel, more headroom, and the right choice if you hit flat and hard. Standard at 26 N/mm ships fitted and suits most players.
Swapping takes about twenty seconds with no tools. The tracker detects the new rate over the first three shots and recalibrates itself — there is nothing to set in the app.
Will it fit
Fits ONE, PRO and GRIP. AIR uses a shorter 12 N/mm spring that is not part of this set.
