TRACQUET is a concept brand, not a trading company. Nothing here is a template — this page describes what the site actually does with information you give it, which is very little.
There are no accounts
You cannot sign up, sign in, or create a profile. There is no user database, because there are no users to put in one.
What you put in the bag is kept in your own browser's local storage. It never reaches a server, it is not tied to you, and clearing your browser data deletes it permanently.
The support chat
Questions typed into the support widget are sent to our server, which forwards them to a third-party language model provider (Groq) to compose an answer. That provider processes the text of your question under its own terms.
Conversations are not stored. Nothing is written to a database, and the server keeps no transcript once the response is returned. Because the question does leave this site, treat the widget as public: do not paste anything into it you would not post in a forum.
If no model provider is configured, the widget answers from a fixed knowledge base bundled with the site and nothing leaves the server at all.
Checkout
Payment, when enabled, is handled entirely by Stripe. Card details are entered into Stripe's own embedded form and never touch this site's servers or logs — we never see a card number.
The shipping address and email you give at checkout go to Stripe to create the order. Their privacy policy governs what happens to them there.
This store runs in Stripe test mode. No real money moves and no order is fulfilled.
Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs — IP address, user agent, and the page requested — for operational purposes under its own policy.
There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, and no third-party cookie. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Your rights, in practice
There is nothing stored to request a copy of or ask us to delete — but if you have a question about any of the above, write to shivajdraman@gmail.com or divendo.us@gmail.com.
If TRACQUET ever became a real product, this page would need rewriting by someone qualified. As it stands it is an accurate description of a demonstration site, not legal advice.
